Thank you for shopping at Sabziya.in! We are committed to delivering your fresh groceries, vegetables, and fruits within 1–2 working days at your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timeline

Delivery will be completed within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

In case of delays due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver in selected areas. You will be notified at checkout if your delivery address is outside our service zone.

3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹120

4. Delivery Time Slots
We deliver orders during the following time windows (subject to availability):

Morning Slot: 8 AM – 12 PM

Evening Slot: 4 PM – 8 PM

You can select your preferred slot at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. Tracking updates will be shared as soon as your order is out for delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.

In case of repeated failed attempts, your order may be canceled or rescheduled, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Perishable Items
Since we deliver fresh groceries and vegetables, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries.
