Welcome to Sabziya.in – Dhule’s trusted source for fresh vegetables, fruits, and groceries, delivered to your doorstep.

To ensure smooth, transparent, and secure transactions, please read our payment policy below:

💳 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment modes:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Bank Transfer (on request)

Credit/Debit Cards (Coming Soon)

⏱️ When to Pay

For COD Orders:
Please keep the exact amount ready during delivery. Our delivery staff may not carry change.

For Online Payment Orders (UPI/Bank Transfer):
Payment must be completed before delivery or within 1 hour of placing the order for order confirmation.

🚚 Minimum Order Amount

We currently do not enforce a minimum order, but small orders below ₹100 may include a nominal delivery charge depending on your area.

🧾 Payment Confirmation

Once your UPI or bank transfer is successful, kindly share the screenshot or transaction ID on our WhatsApp: +91 9423842876 for faster confirmation.

You’ll receive an invoice via WhatsApp or email after successful payment and delivery.

🔁 Refunds & Failed Payments

In case of double payment or failed transactions, the excess amount will be refunded within 2–3 working days.

If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen reasons (rain, stock issue, etc.), the full amount will be refunded or adjusted with your next order.

Please avoid fake screenshots or wrong payment references. Such cases will be reported and blocked.

Sabziya.in reserves the right to cancel any order in case of non-payment or suspicious activity.
